According to Tabnak, this is a question that has occupied the minds of some Iranians in recent days; The question that the publication of a report in one of the news agencies and the proposition of "climate war" and naming the Zionist regime as the cause of this war with our country, has become even more prominent.

According to the report, what has happened to Lorestan and what is expected of large areas of Khuzestan, and more importantly, has caused disaster in Shiraz and Golestan, is likely to be intentional and hostile. It should be noted that Enso is an atmospheric-oceanic phenomenon that the formation of different phases requires fluctuations in water temperature at the surface and depths of the tropical Pacific, which correlates with changes in large-scale atmospheric currents.

  • The hot phase of this phenomenon is accompanied by an increase in the temperature of the water level of the tropical Pacific known as "El Niوo" and the cold phase is called "Lanina" and its function is the opposite of the phenomenon of El Niینo. Enso has three modes: El Niوo, Neutral, and La Ni وa, and by affecting large-scale atmospheric waves, it changes precipitation patterns in many parts of the globe, especially in the tropics and subtropics, and is therefore known as the teleconnection phenomenon.

Occasionally, the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) index can affect precipitation in different regions. The Northern Fluctuation Index is based on the difference in normalized sea level pressure (P) between the tropics (Azores) and the low polar pressure (Iceland). The North Atlantic oscillation actually represents the changes of westerly winds on the North Atlantic at a distance of 40 to 60 degrees.
